Donna Air's Epstein Correspondence Revealed in New Files
London, UK – Newly unearthed documents from the Jeffrey Epstein Files have brought to light a series of email exchanges between the notorious convicted paedophile and British television personality Donna Air. The correspondence, spanning from 2011 to 2012, details how Epstein actively sought to arrange meetings with Air following his release from prison after a 2008 conviction for sex offences.
Sinister Luring Tactics Exposed
Exclusive analysis of the millions of documents released by the US Department of Justice reveals the calculated methods Epstein employed to draw the Geordie beauty into his orbit. The Sun newspaper has obtained details of these exchanges, which paint a disturbing picture of Epstein's predatory behaviour.
Early Connections and Epstein's Interest
The initial contact appears to have been facilitated by Italian hedge-fund manager Tancredi Marchiolo. In an email to Epstein, Marchiolo mentioned he was travelling to New York with a "good friend" named Donna and asked if Epstein would like to meet her. Marchiolo, who also mentioned three other women whose names were redacted, described Donna as "more institutional" and someone he knew "very well." Epstein's immediate response was a telling "Yes to Donna," indicating a specific interest in her.
Following this, Marchiolo informed Epstein that "Donna is on the internet" and that she would contact him or he could reach out to her. The emails suggest an expectation of contact, with Marchiolo stating, "She is expecting you." These exchanges occurred approximately a year after Epstein had completed a 13-month prison sentence and a year of probation under house arrest for child sex offences in Palm Beach, Florida.
Dozens of Emails and Meeting Attempts
The Epstein Files contain approximately 224 entries mentioning Donna Air between 2011 and 2012. The voluminous correspondence shows both Air and Epstein attempting to coordinate plans to meet in both Paris and New York. Epstein's own diary entries and reminders from his assistant indicate his consistent efforts to maintain contact and schedule rendezvous.
Scheduled, Yet Uncertain, Encounters
One diary entry from July 21, 2011, marks a planned meeting, though there is no definitive correspondence confirming it took place. However, evidence suggests that at least two meetings occurred on April 18, 2012. In the early hours of that day, Epstein emailed Air, apologising that "time was too short." Air responded graciously, stating, "No worries. Good to meet, have a great week!"
Later that same afternoon, Epstein informed Air he was "unexpectedly" free that evening. Air replied, suggesting she could "swing by for a cuppa say 7.45/8 should that work (on my way to dinner which of course you would be very welcome to join)." Epstein later described the encounter as "much much too short," to which Air responded, "Short but sweet." The same month, the pair also appeared to have been in contact via the video-telephone service Skype.
Invitations and Continued Contact
Further evidence of Epstein's attempts to engage Air includes an invitation to a party at the "US ambassador’s house" in Paris in April 2012. While it remains unclear if Air attended this specific event, their communication continued. On June 30, Air replied to a message from Epstein, stating, "Thought of u Just this morning!" Their last known correspondence appears to be on August 18, when Air informed Epstein of her travel plans to Ibiza.
Air's Public Career and Royal Connections
Donna Air, who rose to fame as a teenager in the BBC children's drama *Byker Grove* and later appeared on ITV's *Dancing on Ice*, has had a notable career in British media. She has maintained friendships with co-stars like Ant and Dec. The documents also emerge in the context of Air's social circles, which have included connections to the Royal Family. She was notably photographed with Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, the daughters of Prince Andrew, in the years surrounding her correspondence with Epstein.
The release of these documents adds another layer to the ongoing revelations surrounding Jeffrey Epstein's extensive network and the methods he used to ensnare individuals. The US Department of Justice's release of millions of documents continues to shed light on the complex and disturbing web woven by the convicted sex offender.
