I’ve been through tough battles before, and every time I’ve come back stronger, and this time is no different." Sheldon underwent a three-hour surgery and described the emotional rollercoaster of the experience. Encouragingly, she posted a leg workout video in January, five months post-surgery, indicating a positive recovery trajectory.
